A regular time trial is held every Monday evening at 5pm running from the club up to the Town (Debenhams, Millmead) and back, commonly known as the "Debenham's Dash"! Everyone who is up to paddling up to the Town and back, without attention from a coach, is invited to come along and find out how they are progressing.
